Members Page

To view the Members Page, click the Members menu at the top of the page, then select the Members from the view menu. You need to be either a Supervisor or an Administrator to view the Members Page

On mobile devices, menus might be collapsed into a hamburger menu in the top right corner. Click the hamburger first, then select Members.


Members page works with Paging, Sorting, and Filtering. Refer to the Paging, Filtering, Sorting for more.


From the Members Page, you can perform the following tasks


How to Add a New Member

  • On the Members Page, click the Add Member button in the top right corner.
  • When the add member opens, enter a valid email address.
  • Optionally, enter their first and last name. You can also update their names later.
  • Click the Add button.
  • Optionally, you can visit the Invited Members page to review the invitation status, and cancel the invitation if necessary.

Added member will show up on your Member's Page, and you can start scheduling shifts for them immediately. Schedule-Zero will email an invitation to that member, and when they accept they will be able to log in and start viewing their shifts.


How to Edit a Member Profile

  • Locate the member whose profile you wish to edit.
  • Click the rightmost column on the table row to show a dropdown menu, then select "Edit Profile".
  • Make necessary changes to the member's name and mobile number.
  • Click the Save Changes button to persist the change.

Optionally, you can upload a member's picture from the profile editor, and you can also email the member. Those actions are immediate and performed even when you do not click the "Save Changes" button.


How to Inactivate a Member

Follow the steps below to inactivate a member

  • Locate the member you wish to inactivate
  • Click the ellipsis icon in the rightmost column for that member, then click the Inactivate Menu
  • Click the Confirm Button on the confirmation dialog

A member who has been inactivated can no longer login to the app. If you wish to reactivate the member who has been inactivated, follow the steps to Reactivate Member


Viewing Member's History

Follow the steps below to view the history of all the edits that are done to a member's profile.

  • Locate the member whose history you wish to review.
  • Click the ellipsis icon in the rightmost column for that member, then click the View History Menu

Change Member's Categories

Depending on your setup, you may or may not have categories defined. If you have not already setup categories and wish to do so, refer to the Category Page for more information.

Follow the steps below to change Member's Categories

  • Locate the Member whose categories you wish to change.
  • Click that row to bring up an editor dialog. Alternatively, lick the ellipsis icon in the rightmost column and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
  • Change categories using the dropdown menus, then click Save Changes button

Using Inline Editing

You can also edit categories directly inside the table using the inline-editing feature. To enable inline-editing, click the Edit icon located in the top right corner. This creates dropdown lists inside the table cells. Click and select category items and make changes to members' categories.

When your screen size is small (likely when you are using Schedule-Zero on mobile), the Edit Inline button might be collapsed inside a Setting Button to save space.

Once you are done editing, you can click the Edit icon again to stop inline-editing.
